We don't collect personal data.

Nothing personally identifying. We don't ask for your name, email address, postcode, or vehicle registration. The quiz answers stay in the URL on your device — we don't store them on a server.

If you accept the cookie banner, we use Vercel Analytics to count page views and measure how the site performs. Vercel Analytics is cookie-less and aggregates traffic across all visitors — it doesn't identify you individually.

If you reject the banner, analytics never load. You can change your choice any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

When you click through to a provider (AA, RAC, Green Flag, etc.), that provider's own tracking takes over. We may receive a referral fee. Your data after the click is governed by the provider's privacy policy, not ours.

No data is sent to any of these except what the browser sends automatically to load a page or image (IP address, browser version). We don't pass them anything else.

We use one piece of local storage on your device — a record of your cookie-banner choice — so we don't ask again on every visit. That's it.

If you accept analytics, Vercel Analytics may briefly use localStorage to deduplicate visits. No persistent tracking identifier is set.

Because we don't hold personal data, most data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure) have nothing to act on. If you believe we hold data about you, email hello@coverkit.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.

We'll update the "last updated" date above when we change anything substantive. Material changes will also be flagged at the top of the page for 30 days after they ship.
