What we do
Three things:
- Compare the 10 UK breakdown-cover providers we have affiliate deals with.
- Run a seven-question quiz that recommends the cover level that fits how you actually drive.
- Link out to each provider's own quote page so you buy direct.
What we don't do
- Sell policies. Every purchase happens on the provider's own site.
- Take payment. We never ask for card details.
- Give regulated financial advice. We're not an FCA-authorised intermediary.
How the data stays current
Every morning a scraper pulls each provider's public pricing, package structure, feature flags, and policy text. Anything that changes between yesterday and today flows through to the site at the next build — usually within five minutes of the scrape finishing. The pricing you see on a provider card is yesterday's tracked entry price, dated.
How we make money
Commission when you click through to a provider and buy. The price you pay is the same as if you'd gone direct. The scoring model treats every provider in our database the same way, with or without a referral deal. Full detail on the disclosure page.
